JOB TITLE:               Administrative Assistant

SUMMARY:This position is responsible for initiating, coordinating, and executing administrative support to the company and CEO office.



  • Receive visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately; answer screening and forwarding incoming phone calls;

  • Support on fleet management, incl. tracking driver schedule and verify monthly mileage and expense record etc.;

  • Perform diversified administrative responsibilities, which includes calendar management, meeting arrangements, travel arrangements and expense reimbursement etc.;

  • Support global colleagues, visitors and guests on logistics;

  • Support internal and external meetings, incl. preparation of agenda, material and documentation etc.;

  • Implement record maintenance and archiving;

  • Support office supply, e.g. stationery and business card ordering etc.;

  • All other duties as assigned by the line manager.



  • Bachelor degree or above

  • At least 3 years’ relevant secretary/admin experience, preferable for the working experience with MNC

  • Good command of oral and written English

  • Good MS (outlook, Excel, Word, PPT) skills



  • Organized and detail oriented

  • Ability to work proactively with problem solving mindset

  • Effective and appropriate communication

  • Ability to handle confidential information

  • Good time management, ability to meet deadlines and stakeholder’s requirements

  • Good knowledge of office policies and procedures, ability to clearly and accurately explain policies and procedures
