JOB FUNCTION: Project Director Digital Innovation

SUMMARY: Drive innovation and digital health-related projects with insights of both business needs and feasibility in order to expedite and optimize clinical development & patient access to medicines.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leads established innovation and digital health related projects under supervision of Head of Innovation and Digital Health;
Collaborates with internal & external stakeholders to drive projects with urgency;
Establishes network with digital and data vendors; coordinates app and media content development with vendors
Develops new ideas; utilizes all available resources & partners to gain endorsement and alignment; then directs digital projects with support of management;
Adapts existing digital tools to new innovation and digital health related projects;
Continuously scouts for potential business opportunities with constant self-learning of digital evolution and high degree of business agility;
Manages budget and timeline of innovation and digital health related projects;
Summarizes high level update and analysis of all responsible projects and report to Leadership Team on a regular basis;
Works independently as Brii Bio’s representative to external partners/stakeholders with good manner.
Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) or higher in computer or data science, experience of working in/with healthcare related field would be a plus;
Digital marketing experience is preferred; strong business acumen;
Experience in developing APPs and new media digital campaign; proven track record in handling digital device, APPs and IoT;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English, especially in presentation;
Strong leadership in multi-tasking and managing project with team from internal staff or external stakeholders.
